Video Editor (m/f/d)
Do youlove YouTube, have a keen eye for editing, suspense, and storytelling, and want to edit videos that really go viral? We’re looking for a full-time video editor to work on-site in Schorndorf, near Stuttgart, for Marc Friedrich’s YouTube channel, which has over 700,000 subscribers.
Your Responsibilities
- Editing YouTube videos, interviews, and social media clips
- Development of compelling storylines, hooks, and visual styles
- Design of graphics, animations, and motion design elements
- Helping to shape the look and feel of our videos
- Preparing the videos through to the final upload
- Working with modern Apple hardware and professional post-production workflows
Here's what you should bring
- Several years of experience in video editing
- Excellent knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Photoshop
- An eye for YouTube, retention, timing, visual storytelling, and viewer engagement
- Experience with or interest in motion design and animation
- An independent, structured approach to work
- Creativity, the ability to work well with others, and a desire to learn
- Interest in business, politics, finance, and current debates

Work Location
Theposition is generally based on-site in 73614 Schorndorf, near Stuttgart. Remote work is only possible in exceptional cases.
